It is the policy of Michigan Technical Academy that no person shall, on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, or handicap, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity of the Academy, including employment. Upon request to the Superintendent, the Academy shall make reasonable accommodations for a disabled person to participate in any activity.
